Season 4[]
Lagertha tells Egil she found his wife. Lagertha forces Egil to look at her. He denies that she is his wife. Shortly after Lagertha uses the coal beneath him to torture him. Egil's wife tells him he just have to tell Lagertha. He eventually breaks up and tells her that he does it for her, not for himself knowing he will still die anyways
