Olafur is a Viking warrior in the service of Earl Haraldson and served as the executioner of Kattegat.

Season 1[]
He was sent to spy on Ragnar Lothbrok. He was murdered by Svein after the paranoid Earl Haraldson suggested that Olafur could sleep with Siggy. Olafur enthusiastically agreed to the proposal, which turned out to be a test. Since he wanted to sleep with Siggy, the earl considered Olafur to be untrustworthy.
